Hydro welcome new businesses at Karmøy Industrial Park, and if parts of the building premises and the infrastructure can be used by other industry, this can now be offered on favourable terms in a start-up period. Nordvegen Utvikling has been given the task to identify potential businesses/projects.

Buildings, equipment and infrastructure for rent at Karmøy Industrial Park
The closing down of the “Søderberg production line” in March 2009 has made production facilities available for new industry at Karmøy Industrial Park. Demolition of the Søderberg Production Buildings started in May 2011 and should be finished by autumn 2012.
